1. USE
Your manual entitles you to a limited use of The Aerobics Instructor
Training Materials and new website forums.
2. LIABILITY
You agree not to hold The Small Businessman liable
for any and all use of the information found within
The Aerobics Academy manual. You assume all liability
for using the information either personally or as an
instructor of others. Use Information at your own
discretion.
3. PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
You further agree to uphold the ethics of the
Academy in the highest regard. When training others,
you agree to do so in a healthful and thoughtful
manner with respect for the individual differences of
the students, should you choose to train others.
4. ACADEMY MANUAL LIMITATIONS
You further understand that this is an older manual
and that there may be improved techniques not offered
within. You understand that this membership does
not entitle you to ownership or any other specific
rights to Academy property, both physical and
intellectual.
5. You agree not to copy in part or in whole the
contents of the Academy manual.
